Eating healthy has always been a part of my lifestyle. What started as a simple Instagram page quickly turned into something bigger. Within the first month, orders poured in and that’s when it hit me: this isn’t just a house project anymore.

In the summer of 2018, our kitchen officially opened, giving us the space to grow, experiment, and expand our range. As a chemist by degree, I’ve always believed baking is a science — with a dash of creativity and a lot of trial and error. It’s about getting the balance just right, so you don’t have to choose between flavor and health.

Today, Belicious Bakes is about more than just food. It’s about passion, consistency, and conscious choices. Every product is made fresh, with simple, real ingredients, and a focus on supporting local and reducing our footprint.

Our signature yeast-free bread — the first of its kind in the Middle East — was once a far-fetched dream. It took countless sleepless nights, research, setbacks, and a good deal of ignoring the noise telling me it couldn’t be done. But here we are.
